What wildlife can I expect to see on a safari?

Our packages typically include accommodation, meals, transportation during the safari, park fees, and guided tours by experienced naturalists.

Logistics and Safety
What should I pack for the trip?
We provide a packing list tailored to each tour. Generally, comfortable clothing, sturdy shoes, sunscreen, a hat, and a camera are recommended.
Is it safe to travel with your company?
Safety is our priority. We adhere to strict safety protocols and our guides are trained in First Aid and wilderness safety to ensure a secure experience
What happens in case of an emergency during a tour?
We have contingency plans for emergencies and are equipped to handle various situations. Our guides are trained to handle emergencies and have access to communication devices.
Booking and Payments
Can I make changes to my booking after it’s confirmed?
Changes to bookings are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Please contact our customer service team for assistance at operations@goldstep.africa

Additional Services & Cancellation Policy
Can you arrange accommodations before or after the tour?
Yes, we can assist in arranging accommodations before or after the tour upon request.
Do you provide airport transfers in addition to accommodating special dietary requirements?
Airport transfers can be arranged as part of the tour package or as an additional service upon request. So If your Safari starts sometime after your arrival we can always make your stay pleasant by arranging all your transfer needs as per your requirements when in the country.
As per special dietary requirements, we do our best to accommodate dietary restrictions. Please inform us in advance, and we will make suitable arrangements.
Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellation by Customer: Cancellations made eight [6] days before the tour start date are eligible for a partial refund, minus the non-refundable deposit. Cancellations made within four [4] days of the tour start date are non-refundable.
Cancellation by Goldstep Safaris Ltd: In the event of unforeseen circumstances or reasons beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, or political instability), we reserve the right to cancel or modify the tour.
